AlfredHouse Eldercare, Inc. is pleased to announce an entirely new concept in assisted living— “concierge living” offered in a boutique residential setting for those over 55 seeking a refined environment.  Located by Manor Park Country Club, AlfredHouse IV—Villa is situated in a truly suburban neighborhood with nearby shopping and transportation.  The Villa will be assisted living with concierge service.  AlfredHouse IV--Villa will offer 24:7 concierge care, GNA, personal chef, activities, housekeeping and laundry.  This house has been completely renovated and updated with six private bedrooms for single occupancy which includes one luxury suite with a private spa inspired bathroom.
Celebrating our 30th Anniversary, AlfredHouse was founded by Veena J. Alfred, Ph.D. We are family owned and operated.  AlfredHouse has 10 boutique homes serving the DMV.  We maintain a 1:4 caregiver to resident ratio to ensure the highest quality, compassionate personalized attention.  We serve individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’s), memory care, behavioral and mental health and other related adult conditions.
