One of Montgomery County’s strongest assets is our rich diversity. We are proud to welcome all to our community, regardless of age, race, gender, religion, ability, ethnicity and sexual orientation. It is vital that our residents, businesses and leaders embrace inclusion by respecting the rights and dignity of all people. Our County must continue to be a place where all feel that they belong.
Strategic Direction: In setting our course for the next few years, our members have spoken, and the Chamber’s Board has listened. To be recognized as the cornerstone for business, and to be the top promoters of business growth in Greater Bethesda, we have committed to providing leadership for business advocacy and exceptional networking opportunities for our members. We are raising our voices to be heard by our elected officials, and our members will see more events tailored to their needs. We go to bat for the business owner.

The following is intended to outline the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce refund policy.
New Membership Applications
New members, upon completion of their membership application, will be required to pay their annual dues, based upon the membership tier selected. Once paid, these due payments are non-refundable.
Existing Members
Membership in the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce can be cancelled at any time during the annual membership period. If the membership is cancelled, the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce does not refund any portion of the remaining membership dues paid.
Invoices
Invoices are issued to members both for annual Chamber membership renewals, and for services requested by the member, that are rendered by the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce. These can include, but are not limited to: Email Communications, Publications, Mailings (labels and lists), Marketing Packages, Advertising, Event registrations and fees, Seminar registrations and fees.
Invoices are generated at the time the services are preformed, and are sent to the member for payment. Once paid, these payments are non-refundable.
