Andrew Fraser (Andy) is a Principal at Sandglass Systems, Inc. (Sandglass).  Sandglass is a Web Design, Development, Maintenance, and Managed Hosting firm.  Sandglass joined the Chamber in the late 1990s.
Andy currently serves as Chair of the Membership Committee for the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce, and is active with the Chamber’s Walk-arounds, spearheads the arrears activity and attends events regularly.  He previously served on the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce Board in 2008-2010.  
He served on the Board of the Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce from 2000-2005 and was the Chair of the Board in 2003-2004.
He is a strong supporter of his community and serves as, Vice President, Kenmont Swim and Tennis Club & Membership Chair of the BCC Rotary Club.
Andy lives in Kensington with his wife Suzanne and three children.
